Here's what Conor McGregor said to Floyd Mayweather after his TKO victory

Boxing is boxing.

So claimed the boxing commentators, anyway, at the end of an absorbing clash between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor in Las Vegas.
Mayweather weathered some early flurries from McGregor but bided his time and started to pick the UFC champion off with ease as the fight headed towards the later rounds.
McGregor had Mayweather in trouble early in the ninth round but referee Robert Byrd halted proceedings after 'Money' claimed he had been subjected to a low-blow. By the end of the round, McGregor's legs appeared to be gone and he was lucky to make it to his stool.
The contest did not last much longer as Mayweather finished the UFC champion off in the 10th, with Byrd stepping in to give him a TKO win.
Both men were enveloped by their camps, promoters and ring girls, but they found each other in the centre of the ring. McGregor told Mayweather:
"That was everything. I gave everything and you were still there. Great work.
"Good job, good job. You were very composed in there. Very composed.
"Respect. Great job."
After all the bad words traded between the pair, there was clear respect on show. As Mayweather later told Showtime, he found a perfect dance partner to bow out of the fight game with.
Rematch anyone.... ?!
